surfKY autumn 300WESTERN Ky. (10/4/13) – It appears that Western Kentucky will receive another weekend of two extremes, likely dry and wet.

On Friday we will see a high around 84 degrees, with a few clouds throughout the day, coming and going. A calm wind will be moving through the area in the afternoon hours, and a low around 68 degrees overnight.

Saturday will have a very slight chance of thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon hours. Conditions will likely be partly sunny with a high of around 84 degrees. Saturday evening the clouds will start thickening throughout the region with a chance of thunderstorms at 40 percent.

Sunday we will very likely see showers, with a possibility of a thunderstorm or two, all throughout the day, with a high of only 67 degrees. The clouds will start to break up overnight with a low of around 47 degrees.

As for next week, at this time it is looking like it will be a sunny week with Fall-like temperatures in the 70’s for the most part.
