OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/8opd arrestlog1 300/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests for the weekend of Oct. 4 through Oct. 6:

Jeremy S. Kerr of the 700 block of Clay St, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Auto $500 or More but Under $10,000, and Theft of Motor Vehicle Registration Plates.

Jacob B. Leach of the 300 block of E 27th St, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 9:54 a.m. on charges of Second Degree Assault, First Degree Wanton Endangerment, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Matthew P. Simmons of the 2400 block of Bolivar St, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 10:22 a.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Methamphetamines), Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified), and Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess).

Cynthia C. Whitley of the 1500 block of Pearl St, was arrested on Oct. 4 at 10:02 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License, and Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonists or Piperazines.

Robert Fleming of the 800 block of Moreland Ave, was arrested on Oct. 5 at 3:20 a.m. on charges of Second Degree Disorderly Conduct, and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.

Evian D. Legon was arrested on Oct. 5 at 6 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.

Timothy E. Carbon of the 1300 block of W 5th St, was arrested on Oct. 6 at 2:15 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense, and Second Degree Disorderly Conduct.

Jeremy S. Gillihan of the 1900 block of Kelly Ln, was arrested on Oct. 6 at 8:36 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence Alcohol/Drug/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) First Offense.

Timothy W. Vaughn of the 100 block of Plum St, was arrested on Oct. 6 at 5:50 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.
