asphalt1 kytrans 300HENDERSON, Ky. (11/8/13) - A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY 2249 in HENDERSON County for asphalt paving starting this afternoon.
 
Once the crew has completed ongoing work along KY 811, they plan to move to KY 2249 where paving will be full width. This will create a moving closure point. Local access will be maintained on each side of the closure point.
 
KY 2249 serves as a connector between KY 351/Zion Road and KY 1078.
 
This work along KY 2249 is expected to take about 2 days to complete.
