Ruby McDonald, 95, of Calvert City, KY

PADUCAH, KY - Ruby McDonald, 95, of Calvert City, KY passed away at 4:53 a.m. Sunday at Lourdes Hospital.

She was the oldest member of New Life Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Craven of Calvert City, KY, Betty Scarbrough of West Paducah, KY, Brenda Jimison of Paducah, KY, Nadine Knapp of Heber Springs, Ark.; Ronnie McDonald of Paducah, KY, Donnie McDonald of Paducah, KY, Michael McDonald of Joy, KY; 22 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert McDonald; two sons, Bobby Ray McDonald and Bert Lewis McDonald; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Her parents were Allen and Mabel Cumins Martin.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Dr. Kenneth Brown officiating. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to, New Life Baptist Church, 120 Strathmoor Blvd., Paducah, KY 42001 or to the Solid rock Baptist Church, c/o Carolyn Nelson, 331 River Rd., Mayfield, KY 42066.
