PADUCAH, Ky. - Minnie Grace Rust, 77, a loving wife and mother of Paducah, was called home by her Lord and Savior on June 19, 2013 at Baptist Health while surrounded by her family.
Minnie was born in Grand Rivers, KY to George William Boucher and Grace Mills Boucher on January 15, 1936. She graduated from Tilghman High School. Her primary occupation was being a loving wife and mother for the last 54 years and a dedicated servant to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She retired from the McCracken County Public School System and was a member of Southland Baptist Temple for the last 42 years.
Minnie is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Harper Rust of Paducah; two sons, David Michael (Samanthia) Rust of Pleasant View, TN and Mark (Kim) Rust of Paducah; a daughter, Sheri Ann Rust of Murray; four grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Austin, and Joseph; three brothers, Frank (Bonnie) Boucher of Richmond Hill, Georgia, James Boucher and Bob Boucher both of Paducah; and two sisters, Madeline Curtis of Columbus, Ohio and Linda Hildreth Boucher of Paducah.
Minnie is preceded in death by her parents, George and Grace Boucher; one brother, William T. (Bill) Boucher, and two sisters, Ruth Ann Boucher and Gearldine Henderson. All resided in Paducah.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday, June 21, 2013 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Reverends Harold Council and Jimmy Franks of Southland Baptist Temple officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Kenton Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 12pm Friday until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Southland Youth Ranch, Southland Baptist Temple, 927 Yarbro Lane, Paducah, Ky 42003.
