Madisonville Police Reports – June 24, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (6/24/13) – On Monday, June 24, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 13 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Phillip Nicholson, 49, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant on June 21for Forgery in the 2nd Degree, Failure to Appear in Court, Parole Violation, Failure to Pay Fines, and Failure to Appear, Citation for Misdemeanor. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory, William Roundtree and Clay Stroud.
 
Bobby Arnett, 32, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant on June 23 for Non-payment of Fines and Probation Violation. The arresting officers were William Roundtree and Clay Stroud.
 
Michael Shields, 22, of Drakesboro, was arrested on June 23 for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Robin Shields, 27, of Owensboro, was arrested on June 23 for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Thomas Turner, 32, of Madisonville, was arrested on June 23 for being a Fugitive from Another State (Tennessee). The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Dawn Richard, 43, of Princeton, was served an arrest warrant on June 21 for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Tonia Holmes, 39, of Madisonville, was arrested on June 23 for Operating a Non-Motor Vehicle Under/Influence of Intoxicants. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Edward Stewart, 34, of Madisonville, was arrested on June 22 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
William Cullen, 45, of Earlington, was served an arrest warrant on June 22 for Contempt of Court and Probation Violation. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Brandon Kinney, 28, of Hanson, was arrested on June 22 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Original Container. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
John Allard, 32, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant on June 21for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
James Kinney, 28, of Nashville Tennessee, was arrested on June 21 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Timothy Grimes, 24, of Madisonville, was arrested on June 21 for Operating on a Suspended D. L. (FTP). The arresting officer was Charlie Young.
