Dante’ Lee Hensley, 37, of Paducah, Ky

obit10PADUCAH, Ky. - Dante’ Lee Hensley, 37, of Paducah, Ky passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 1:30 pm, at Baptist Health of Paducah.

Dante’ was a member of Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church where he served on both the Men’s and the Multi-Media Ministries. He was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School. He attended Western Ky University and was a graduate of Bowling Green Technical College. Dante’ was formerly employed at SCA Personal Care of Bowling Green.

He is survived by two sons, Isaiah D. Hensley and Tayden D. Hensley, both of Kansas City, MO; his parents, Halford Lorenzo “Ren” Hensley and Sheila A. Hensley both of Paducah; two brothers, his twin Monte’ L. Hensley of Paducah and Alan L. Hodge of Nashville, TN; one sister, Alana D. Hodge of Paducah; grandmothers, Norma J. Hensley and Dolores C. White, both of Paducah; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, James L. Hensley and Gus L. White, Jr.

Funeral service will be Monday, July 15, 2013, 11:00 am, at Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend James L. Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may also call on Monday at the church from 10:00 am until the funeral hour.
