PADUCAH, Ky. - Fredie B. (Fred) McIntosh Jr., 68, of Paducah, Ky passed away Friday at 7:00 a.m. at his home.
Mr. McIntosh had worked for 20 years as an auto body technician at Larry Meadow’s Body Shop. He was a certified welder and had worked as an iron worker. He was also a member of the Heartland Worship Center.
Survivors include his two daughters, Tammy R. Mathis, of Lone Oak, and Whitney L. McIntosh, of Paducah, and his two sons, Anthony “Chris” McIntosh, of Paducah, and Jeffery L. McIntosh, of Princeton, Ky. Additional survivors include his sister, Dianna K. Hack, of Paducah, his two brothers, Charles W. McIntosh, of Paducah, and Richard A. McIntosh, of Benton, Ky., along with 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
His parents were Fredie B. McIntosh Sr. and Wilma Louise Nanney McIntosh.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 19, 2013, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with the Rev. Wayne Carter officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2013, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
