oso1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/19/13) – A new video posted by Jason Tanner on YouTube offers a glance at the ensemble of events and performances planned as part of the 2013-2014 Owensboro Symphony Orchestra season.

The 90-second clip, hosted by OSO Music Director and Conductor Nicholas Palmer calls the opener – "world class trumpeter Allen Vizzutti" – "refreshing," and also mentions opera-based"La Boheme" as something that will "strum your heartstrings."

That’s not the only emotion-filled performance planned this season. The OSO will offer its traditional holiday arrangement at Christmastime as well as a Civil War tribute in February.
