Catherine 'Cathy' Stuecker Snodderly, age 56, of Annapolis, Maryland

PADUCAH, Ky. - Catherine 'Cathy' Stuecker Snodderly, age 56, of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 4:55 am at Hospice of the Chesapeake Mandrin House after a two year battle with ovarian cancer.

Cathy was born on October 25, 1956 in Louisville, Ky. She graduated from Mercy Academy in 1974. Her lifelong work was in the medical field as a medical secretary, transcriptionist and office manager.

She is survived by her husband, E. Wayne Snodderly of Annapolis, Maryland; her parents, C. J. and Rose Mary Stuecker of Louisville, Ky; her sister, Joan Ferch and husband Ron of Louisville, Ky; her brother, Dennis Stuecker and wife Gretchen of Stevensville, Maryland; her brother in law, Ken Snodderly and wife Lois of Hagerstown, Maryland; her nieces, nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, October 4, 2013 at 11:00 am Central Time at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Paducah, Ky. Father Tom Buckman will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 pm Central Time at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home, 3745 Old Highway 45 South, Paducah, Ky. Prayers will be held at 7:00 pm.

A memorial service will be held at the Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Company in Pasadena, Maryland at a later date.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to: American Cancer Society, 3140 Parisa Dr., Paducah, KY 42003 or Hospice of the Chesapeake Mandrin House, 3675 Solomons Island Rd., Harwood, MD 20776.
