PADUCAH, Ky. - Glenda Kay Dye, age 75, of Paducah, Ky passed away at 9:55 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital.
A graduate of Draughn’s Business College, she had worked as a secretary for the Marshall County Extension Office, and for the Naval Office at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. She was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ.
A past president of the Concord Homemakers, she was also a past president of T.O.P.S.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Raymond H. Dye, her son, Terry R. Dye, of Melber, her step-daughter, Linda D. Lindley, of Paducah, her sister, Sue Sutton, of Paducah, and her brother, David R. Hancock, of Chapel Hill, TN. Additional survivors include one grandson, one great-grandson, two step-grandsons, and one step-great-granddaughter.
Preceding her in death were her parents, James W. and Etrie W. Dunn Hancock.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 24, 2013, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Paul Wingfield and Larry Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
