Glenda Lee Bean Castleberry, age 70 of Cunningham, KY

 

obit10PADUCAH, KY - Glenda Lee Bean Castleberry, age 70 of Cunningham, KY passed away while surrounded by family at her home on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, after her battle with cancer.

Glenda was born October 20, 1941 in Bardwell, KY to late parents Glen Mitchell Bean and Ruthie Haynes Bean. She was retired from the Cabinet of Social Services after 25 years of service. She received many Accommodation from Kentucky Colonial and Duchess of Paducah.

She is survived by her loving husband William Ray Castleberry of 24 years; four sons Johnny Dale Rowland of Tampa, FL, Mitchell Alan Rowland (Laura) of Bardwell, Douglas Keith Rowland of Bardwell, and Billy Castleberry (Haley) of Almo; three grandsons Eric Mitchell Rowland, Alex Duncan, and Chandler Castleberry; five granddaughters Cassie Rowland, Courtney Fleming, Jessica Rowland, Chelsie Duncan, and Bentleigh Castleberry; one great granddaughter Madison Fleming; and soon to be great grandson Kyson Jacob Moore; two brothers Ronnie Dale Bean (Marie) of Bardwell and Wayne Earl Bean of Bardwell; one sister Mona Carolyn Watson of FL; and many brother in-laws, sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Bardwell Christian Church with Rev. Linda Creason and Rev David Bean officiating. Burial will follow in the Cunningham Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the at the church. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell is in charge of arrangements.
