Ellouise Champion Dyson, 78, of Paducah

 

PADUCAH, KY - Ellouise Champion Dyson, 78, of Paducah, passed away at 5:03 a.m. on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Dyson was a housewife and a member of Highview Baptist Church where she ran the Clothes Closet for ten years.

Mrs. Dyson is survived by her husband, Bobby Dyson; two daughters, Brenda Cardin and husband Gary of Reidland, Kathy Nichols of Paducah; a son, Billy Dyson and wife Tywatha of Paducah; five grandchildren, Jessica O’Neal, Adam Cardin, Jonathan Dyson, Nathaniel Dyson and Lakyn Dyson; two great grandchildren; one sister, Frances Conner of Paducah; two brothers, Donnie Champion of Louisville, KY , Harry Champion of Reidland and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Wilma Turner; three brothers, Ernest Champion Jr., Jim Champion and Robert Champion. Her parents were Ernest and Kathleen Hiett Champion.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jewell Warford officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Kenton Cemetery. The Dyson family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
