Margie M. Peay, 83, of Central City

 

CENTRAL CITY, KY - Margie M. Peay, 83, of Central City, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. She was born February 20, 1928 in Muhlenberg County, was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Peay is preceded in death by her husband, Oakley A. Peay, a son, Lucian Carroll Peay, and a grandson, Bradley Williams.

Survivors include her daughters, Karen Hampton and Joan Peay both of Madisonville, her sons, Timothy Peay of Greenville and Bradley Peay of Central City, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, conducted by Rev. Larry Shadowen with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be after 12:30 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
