MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY - Helen Gamblin Hickman, 98, of Central City, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 6:20AM at Belle Meade Nursing Home. Mrs. Hickman was born February 17, 1914 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hickman; daughter Wilma Raley; and son Jackie Hickman.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Shelba Hickman of Sullivan, IN; grandchildren Larry Raley of Central City, Kenney Raley of Central City, Chris Hickman of Newburgh, and Susan Martin of Newburgh; brother Norman Gamblin of Champaign, IL; great-grandchildren Larra King and Lindsey Raley; and step-great-grandchildren Mike Ducoff, Sammy Peterson, Austin Ray, and Abbie Williams.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Bob Lowery officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 9:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
