Carl Foster Turner, 87 of Drakesboro, KY

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Carl Foster Turner, 87 of Drakesboro KY passed away Friday January 4, 2013 at Brighton Cornerstone Home in Madisonville. He was born in Akron Ohio on September 23, 1925. He was a retired Mechanical Technician at TVA's Paradise Steam Plant. He was an Army veteran and a member of New Paradise Missionary Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Hazel Creek Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Turner; Daughters: Debra (Tony) Burkeen Paducah, KY, Sherry Turner Drakesboro; Step-Son: Henry Louis (Raenell) Hill; Grandchildren: Dana (Scott) Bruce Beechmont, Bradley Blake (Molly) Turner Goodlettsville, TN, Sarah Brianna Turner Drakesboro, Ali Burkeen Paducah, Leia Burkeen Santa Rosa Bch FL; 13 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild; Brothers: John D. Turner Auburn, Jim (Kay) Turner Greenville; Sister: Jonell Hardison Greenville.

Preceded in Death by a son, Tommy Foster Turner

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 1:30 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City with Rev. Tim Adcock officiating.
