MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky - Donald L. Raymer, age 76 of Smyrna died Sunday January 13, 2012. He was a native of Greenville, KY. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Sue Raymer who died February 23, 2007 and his parents, Orval Lee, and Ametta Nelson Raymer. Mr. Raymer was a pastor of Oakley Home General Baptist Church and was retired District Sales Manager with American General Insurance Company.

He is survived by his sons; Edwin Raymer and wife Joni of Murfreesboro,Tn.  Stephen Raymer and wife Tammy of Murfreesboro, Tn. Von Alan Raymer of Smyrna, Tn.  and 6 grandchildren; sisters, Sue Rice and Betty Vincent of Greenville, KY. and brother, Daniel Raymer of Greenville, KY.

Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon January 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from Gary's Funeral Home in Greenville, KY. burial to follow in Concord General Baptist Church Cemetery in Manitou KY. Visitation will be 5:OOPM to 8:0OPM Wednesday January 16, 2013  at Gary’s Funeral Home Greenville, Ky. and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday until Funeral time.  Online condolences to the family can be made at
