MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Orina Nell Smith Mahlosky, 71, of Central City, KY died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Mahlosky was born September 2, 1941 in Muhlenberg County. She was a registered nurse and member of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dellard and Opal Smith; and brother Carlos Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Dewey Mahlosky; son Joseph Mahlosky of Central City; daughter Karen Boggess of Powderly; granddaughter Sarah Boggess Wood; and brothers Glen (Jenny) Smith of Bremen, Doug (Jenny) Smith of Sacramento, and Leonard Smith of Bremen.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Ron Noffsinger officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
