MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Thomas Everett Arndell passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at The Oaks at Avon in Avon, Florida. Mr. Arndell was born August 13, 1934 in Muhlenberg County. He worked at Tennessee Valley Authority in public safety. He was a member of Nelson Creek Missionary Baptist Church, and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Jean Dockery Arndell; parents Raymond and Oplaine Arndell; sister Della Arndell; and son Ricky Lane Arndell.

Survivors include his wife, Della Mae Mason Arndell; children Stephen D. (Patty) Arndell of Nelson Creek, Cecilia A. (Ronnie) Geary of New Cypress, Karen D. (Bob) Casey of Nelson Creek, and Bonita G. (Jerry) Rieckers of Bowling Green; step-children Joe (Linda) Foster, Millie (Bill) Nelson, and Julie (Dean) Fraze, all of Nelson Creek; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday, January 20, 2013 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home, with Rev. Jimmy Fuller officiating, assisted by Rev. Donnie Wilkins. Burial in Nelson Creek Cemetery.
