MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Hubert Kenneth Francis, 83, of Central City, KY died January 17, 2013. Hubert was born December 3, 1929, in Caldwell County. Hubert was a member of First Baptist Church where he was a deacon. Hubert was also a lifelong member of the Masonic Lodge 673 in Central City.
He was preceded in death by: his mother – Ethel Jones Francis, his father – Herbert Francis, his step-mother – Alpha Francis, his brothers – Robert and William Francis, his step-brother and step-sister-in-law – Fred and Wanda Hopper, his step-sister – Dorothy McNeeley, and sister-in-laws - LaNelda Sherrod and Joyce Fulkerson.
He is survived by: his wife of 62 years that was the love of his life – Delores Smith Francis, his daughter – Angela Noffsinger, his daughter – Cynthia Stollings and husband Bennie, his granddaughter – Kelli Held and husband Quintin of Seville, Ohio, his granddaughter – Andrea Morris and husband Aaron of Madisonville, his sister – Wilma Wilson and husband Charles of Jeffersonville, Indiana, brother – Kenny Francis and wife Linda, his sister-in-law – Genny Francis of Plainsville, Indiana, his brother-in-law – Roy Sherrod, his brother-in-law – Monty Fulkerson and wife Jeannie of Louisville, and several nieces and nephews. Hubert also had a special cousin – Joe Francis and wife Barbara of Paducah.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Bob Lowery officiating with Bro. Leroy Rearden assisting. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Special music will be done by a very special friend – David Richey.
