Shirley Faye SullivanGREENVILLE, Ky. – Shirley Faye Sullivan, 67, of Greenville, KY passed away Tuesday evening February 19, 2013 a 6:42 p.m. in the Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, In. after a lengthy illness.

She was born January 1, 1946 in Muhlenberg County the daughter of O. J. Patterson and Marie Case Patterson. She worked at Muhlenberg County Opportunity Center and restaurants. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Greenville, KY and was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Ben Riley, and step-brother Bobby Willis.

She is survived by husband of 30 years, Stephen Sullivan of Greenville, KY; five sisters, Anna Denny of Greenville, KY, Elizabeth Engler of Greenville, KY, Geneva (Ronnie) Pendley of Dunmor, KY, Jean Miller of Paducah, KY, Christine Patterson of Owensboro, KY; a brother, Oscar Patterson of Hopkinsville, KY, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday morning February 22, 2013 after 10:00 a.m. until Funeral Time at Second Baptist Church Greenville, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon February 22, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from Second Baptist Church Greenville, KY by Dr. Ray England and Rev. Bob Thurman with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery Greenville, KY. Gary’s Funeral Home Greenville, KY is in charge of arrangements.
