MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY - Betty Jo Summers, 85 of Louisville, Ky. formerly of Greenville, Ky. died Monday morning February 25, 2013 at 3:10 a.m. in Baptist East Hospital Louisville, Ky. after s sudden illness.  Betty was born December 18, 1927 in Greenville, Ky. the daughter of the late James Burl Crisp and Clara Cable Crisp. She was of the Methodist Faith and was a housewife and homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years
Charles Rich Summers Sr. of Louisville, Ky.
2 sons Charles Rich (Karen) Summers Jr. of Louisville, Ky.
David (Sheila) Summers of Louisville, Ky.
6 grandchildren Jason Summers, Allison (Josh) Bramucci, Brandon Summers, Justin Summers, Tifffany (Jim) Clark, Leah (Ryan) Lahaie
7 great-grandchildren Kalieb Spencer, Chloe Howard, Taylor Mathenia, Hannah Summers, Alivia Lahaie, Blain Summers,  Joshua Thomas Bramucci
Sister Kathryn (Henry) Batts of Paducah, Ky.

 

Graveside services will be conducted Friday afternoon March 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from Evergreen Cemetery Greenville, Ky. by Rev. Greg Tate.  Gary’s Funeral Home Greenville, Ky. are in charge of arrangements.

Friends may call Friday March 1, 2013 after 11:00 a.m. at Gary’s Funeral Home Greenville, Ky. until Funeral Time. Online condolences to the family can be made at www.garysfuneralhome.net
