MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Martha Barnes Covington, 94, of Greenville, KY passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 5:35PM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Covington was born April 6, 1918 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, John "Jack" Barnes; daughters Geneva Schultz, Jonell Rolley, Shirley Wenmoth, and Ella Mercer; brother Gene Harris; sister Dimple Pryor; twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
