MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/19/13) – On Monday, March 18, 2013, the Madisonville Police Department reported eight instances of law enforcement activity.

Johnny Ray, 45, of Suthards Church Rd., was served two arrest warrants on Mar. 18 in Hopkins Co. District Court for two counts of Non-Payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Timothy Britt, 49, of Nebo, was arrested on Mar. 18 at a Madison Square Dr. location for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Haylee Grace, 21, of Carter Dr., was arrested on Mar. 18 at a Whittington Dr. address for Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Eric Grace, 23, of Carter Dr., was arrested on Mar. 18 at a Whittington Dr. address for Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Michael Carter, 27, of Lovan Ln., was arrested on Mar. 18 at a Grapevine Rd. address for Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Cassandra Blair, 26, of Conner Ct., was served a Henderson Co. arrest warrant on Mar. 18 at the Salvation Army location for unspecified charges. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Marvin Davis, 54, of N. Ky. Ave., was served two arrest warrants on Mar. 18 at a Church St. address for charges of Failure to Pay Fines and Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Christine Britt, 40, of Nebo, was arrested on Mar. 18 at a Madison Square Dr. address for Failure of Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance. Subsequently, Britt was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
