OWENSBORO, Ky. (3/22/13) – Right to Life of Owensboro announced today that the keynote speaker for the Annual Fall Banquet will be United States Senator Rand Paul.
 
“I am 100% pro-life. I believe abortion is taking the life of an innocent human being. I believe life begins at conception and it is the duty of our government to protect this life,” Paul said.
 
As a representative of Kentucky, Paul introduced the Life at Conception Act on March 15, which would “implement equal protection under the 14th Amendment for the right to life of each born and unborn human.”

The public is invited to attend the event, scheduled for Thursday, October 17 at the Hines Center to learn more about what Senator Paul is doing for the pro-life movement and what citizens can do here in Owensboro. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the meal beginning at 6:30. Reservations are required. Seating is limited so RSVP requests are required no later than October 1.
