mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/4/13) – On Apr. 4, Madisonville Police Department released eight instances of police activity within city limits.
 
Keith Baldwin, 21, of Livermore, was served a court citation on April 3 at a Center Street address for Possession of Marijuana. The serving officer was Ryan Clark.
 
Larry Oglesby, 29, of Earlington, was arrested on April 4 at an Island Ford Road address for charges of Contempt of Court/Libel/Slander/Resistance to Order, Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonists/Piperazines, and Buying or Possessing Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Shannon Young, 41, of Nortonville, was served a Muhlenberg County warrant on April 3 at the Hopkins Co. Probation and Parole Office on Main Street for Failure to Appear in Court. Subsequently, Young was served a Hopkins County arrest warrant for (Theft by Deception Under $500). The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Krista Huddleston, 23, of Dawson Springs, was served a court citation along with several arrest warrants on April 3 at a Dulin Street address. She was served a court citation for Crittenden County District Court, charging her with one count of Theft by Deception, then subsequently arrested for four counts of Theft by Deception in Caldwell County, and two separate warrants totaling eight separate counts of Theft by Deception in Hopkins Co. The arresting officers were Sean McCance and Heath Owens.
 
Nicholas Mayes, 25, of N. Scott Street, was charged and arrested on April 3 at a Couch Street address for Assault (4th Degree/Domestic-Minor Injury). The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Tena Moore, 49, of Union Street, was served an arrest warrant on April 3 at a Lovan Lane address for Theft by Deception. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Kyle Hadley, 22, of Clay, was arrested on April 4 at a National Mine Dr. address for a Technical Violation of Parole. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Danny Franks, 57, of Dawson Springs, was arrested on April 3 at a South Main Street address for charges of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified), Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified). The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
