GRADDOWENSBORO, Ky. (9/23/13) – GRADD is partnering with several area educational institutions and workforce/economic development agencies to present the 2013 Regional Career & Job Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Owensboro Sportscenter (1215 Hickman Avenue, Owensboro).

More than 40 companies and post-secondary schools from across the region will be on hand to discuss career and training opportunities with participants. Admission is free, and job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring updated copies of their résumé. Childcare will not be provided.

Sponsors for this event include Brescia University, Daymar College, GRADD, Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation, Kentucky Office of Employment & Training, Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Kentucky Wesleyan College, Owensboro Community & Technical College, and Western Kentucky University-Owensboro.
