Wanda June McGhee, 83, of Morgantown, Ky

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Wanda June McGhee, 83, of Morgantown, Ky passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 at 12:42PM at her home. Mrs. McGhee was born December 15, 1929 in Muhlenberg County. She worked in housekeeping at Sparks Nursing Center, and was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard McGhee; daughter Judy Piper, parents Thelma and Noble Benson; sisters Patsy Hill and Ruby Knight; and brothers Donnie Benson and Buddy Benson.

Survivors include her daughters, Sue Rupel of Frankfort, IN, Deborah LeGrand of Central City, and Robin (Dale) Adcock of Morgantown; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; sisters Dorothy Griffin of Indiana, Shirley Laduc of Greenville, and Brenda Benson of Greenville; and brother Wayne Benson of Greenville.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
