MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Edwin Bertrand Allen, 69, of Powderly, Ky passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born April 8, 1944 in Brandenburg, Ky., was a retired assembly line worker with General Electric and attended the Cathedral of Hope Church in Greenville.

He is preceded in death by a son, Jeff Bethel.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Ann Ewing Allen of Powderly, three sons, Ricky Bethel of Powderly, Mike Allen and Steve Allen both of Florida, two daughters, Tammy Jones of Greenville and Angie Randolph of Indiana, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three sisters, Margie, Helen and Audrey.

Funeral services will be held at !0:00 AM, Tuesday, November, 19, 2013 at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, conducted by Bro. David Cardwell with burial to follow in the Nebo Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be after 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 8:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
