MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Melisa Jane Evans, 46, of Central City, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at 12:29 PM at her residence. Ms. Evans was born July 24, 1967 in Ohio. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Steven Fulkerson of Central City; daughters, Heather Kendrick of Central City, Krystal Majors of Powderly; two grandchildren; mother, Joyce Oliver of Central City; father, Lennis Triplett of Indiana; step-father, Raymond Davis of Hartford; and a brother, Mark Triplett of Bremen.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with John Fulkerson officiating. Burial will be in Nelson Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 9:00 AM. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to be made to the Melisa Jane Evans memorial fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
