richard-kiplingCENTRAL CITY, Ky. (4/14/14) — Richard Adam 'Kip' Kipling, 31, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at his residence in Central City.

He was born Feb. 3, 1983 in Muhlenberg County and was a laborer at Siermers Mills and of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Kipling, and grandparents, Robert and Ella Kipling and Carl and Margaret Abshire.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Shepherd of Central City, a brother, Jordan Kipling of Nortonville, two sisters, Cailin Shepherd and Carlee Shepherd both of Central City, niece, Keira Kipling of Nortonville, uncle and aunt, Robby and Sue Kipling of Central City, great uncles and aunts, Charles and Kathleen Robards of Calif., Earl and Mary Kipling of White Plains, Merle Barnes of Central City and Floyd and Brenda Foley of Greenville.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City conducted by Rev. Clifford Lovell with burial to follow in the Cherry Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be Tuesday after 5 p.m. and Wednesday after 8 a.m. at the funeral home.
