carollyn-fairchildGREENVILLE, Ky. (4/22/14) — Carolyn Diane Fairchild, 69, of Greenville, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 11:05 p.m. at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

She was born July 19, 1944 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Orville Wayne Fairchild; mother Verna Jean Majors of Greenville; sisters Patty (Jackie) Nelson of New Cypress, Shirley (Doug) Mayhugh of Greenville, and Becky (Duke) Shanks of Midland and brother Steve (Cindy) Miller of Central City.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 23, 2014 1 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville with Rev. Kerry Vincent officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
