Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/24/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Guery Frederic, 39, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a moped without a license, and other traffic violations.

Poinard Sutton, 46, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

Richard Mitchell, 23, of Owensboro, was issued a summons on charges of first degree criminal trespassing and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Kenneth Rednour, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with sell or transfer of a simulated controlled substance and two counts of possession of marijuana.

Ashley Vincent, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Kortney Fieldpausch, 18, of was charged with person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempt to purchase/have another person purchase alcohol. Authorities alleged Fieldpausch and two other passengers had been drinking in a vehicle they stopped.

Jonathan McDaniel, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Marla Payne, 47, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disregarding a traffic control device.

Bruce Boehman, 56, address unknown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving on a DUI suspended license.

Keele Boyd, 20, of Owensboro, as charged with reckless driving and other traffic violations.

Seth Goetz, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree criminal trespassing.

Mohamed Salory Mohamed Farook, 40, of Owensboro, was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone. Authorities said police responded to a report of two young children in a parked vehicle around 1 a.m. When they arrived, Farook told police he had gone inside the store where he was parked to give his wife her purse, police said.
