BELTON, Ky. – James Henry Knight, 69, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Baptist Health in Madisonville. Mr. Knight was born February 17, 1945, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired Coal Miner and member of the Hazel Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy McPherson Knight; daughters, Stephanie Bratcher of Greenville, Sabrina Casebier of Bremen; four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Hill of Drakesboro.


Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home in Beechmont with Rev. Terry Chaney officiating. Burial will follow in Hazel Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
