J.C. Gibson, 73, of Central City

 

skybirdCENTRAL CITY, KY - J.C. Gibson, 73, of Central City, passed away Monday, January 2, 2012 at 12:28PM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Gibson was born April 5, 1938 in Muhlenberg County. He was retired from Super Value in Greenville and was a member of Lifeway General Baptist Church in Bremen.

Survivors include his wife, Minnie Crick Gibson; son Troy (Pamela) Gibson of South Carrollton; daughter Michelle Rager of Greenville; grandchildren Sierra Gibson of South Carrollton and Leigha (Dustin) Winslow of Owensboro; and sister Doris (Bobby) Miller of Greenville.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating, assisted by Rev. Robert Pierce. Burial in Olive Grove Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:30PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
