Raymond D Cowles, 73 of Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, KY - Raymond D Cowles, 73 of Bowling Green passed away Friday, November 16, 2012 at his residence. The Edmonson County native was a son of the late Wilbur Cowles and Betty Wells Cowles and is preceded in death by a son, Alford Cowles; two sisters, Kay Fields and Cora Taylor; two brothers, James and T Cowles. He was of the Baptist faith and was a maintenance worker at Bowling Green Country Club for over 20 years. He loved stock cars and his dogs.

Survivors include six daughters, Tina Sneed (Phil Harmon), Patricia Cowles, Rita Cowles, Sabrina Yoemans, Marsha Murray, Penny Cowles; two sons, Jason and Joey Cowles; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two sisters, Dora Richards and Mary Jane Montgomery; a brother, Donnie Cowles (Joanne) two half sisters, Wilma Embry and Pam Porter; two half brothers, Junior and Mike Cowles; a sister-in-law, Barbara Cowles; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Otter Gap Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral Home.
