BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Ronnie Darryl Thomas, age 60, of Smiths Grove, KY entered into eternal rest Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
A native of Warren Co., KY he was the son of the late Rondell Boyd Thomas, and Norma Crowe Thomas Hoehler who survives him. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Elizabeth Crowe; paternal grandparents, Basil and Tessie Thomas; step-father, Emil G. Hoehler.
Ronnie was a self-employed dairy farmer, and attended Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green.
Ronnie is survived by his daughters, Angie Thomas Wilk of Portland, Tn., Kati Michelle Deel Thomas, and Stacey Rae Thomas both of Bowling Green, Ky.; step-daughter, Codie Davis of Smiths Grove, Ky.; 3 sisters, Risa Thompson (Kevin), Robin Thomas, and Rebecca “John” Sims (Gary) all of Bowling Green, Ky.; 2 step-sisters, Susan Keller of Kettering, Oh., and Ann Fairfax of Carmel, In.; 4 step-brothers, Glenn Hoehler (Kay), Stephen Hoehler (Janet), Thomas Hoehler (Pam), and Daniel Hoehler all of Louisville, Ky.; 1 granddaughter, Morgan Grace Wilk; Rose Davis Thomas, several aunts, uncles, nephews, niece, cousins, and great niece and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 11, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with Pastor Steve Ayers officiating and burial to follow in Fairview cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at 1:00 P.M.
