Lola Mae Doyle, 91 of Smiths Grove

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Lola Mae Doyle, 91 of Smiths Grove passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at Greenview Regional Hospital.

The Warren County native was a daughter of the late James Lige Cowles and Lula Myrtle Cole Cowles, wife of the late Geneva Reed Doyle. She is preceded in death by a daughter Betty Asher; brother, James Award Cowles; two sisters, Lois Irene McVay and Lula Frances Phillips. She was a retired employee of Union Underwear and member of Otter Gap Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Neva Whittle and her husband Edward; a son, Bobby Doyle; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two sister, Christine Cowles and Estelle Baxter and her husband Raymond; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Grove Chapel with burial in Otter Gap Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-2p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
