BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Roger Dale Dillingham, 65, of Bowling Green passed away Monday, March 4, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Hospital.
He was born October 3, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan to the late James Russell Dillingham and Virgie Vires Dillingham. He was a retired truck driver and last worked for Greg Gary Trucking. He served in the United States Army Reserves for twelve years and was a member of the Cadiz Masonic Lodge #121. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife: Rita Darnall Dillingham of Bowling Green; a son and daughter-in-law: James Russell and DeAnna Dillingham; two daughters: Jennifer Jo Dillingham and Natalie Brooke Dillingham; a grandson: Joseph Glen Dillingham; a cousin and ward: Bill Vires, all of Bowling Green; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Freddie and Libby Darnall of Cadiz; an aunt: Eloise Quinlan of Detroit, Michigan; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, Bowling Green, Kentucky on Thursday, March 7, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Visitation will be at Goodwin Funeral Home, Cadiz, KY, on Friday, March 8, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted by Bro. Irvin Darnall at Page Cemetery, Dover, Tennessee on Saturday, March 9, at 11 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
