Dana Jackson Stauss, 101 of Smiths Grove, KY

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Dana Jackson Stauss, 101 of Smiths Grove, KY passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Rosewood Health Care.

The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Ethel Pennington. She was preceded in death by her husband Regal Jackson, a daughter Jane Huddleston and a twin sister, Daisy Palmer. She was a retired nurse's aide at the City County Hospital and a member of Faith Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Stauss; two daughters, Jessie Miller (Owen) and Lynn Poston (Mike) and a son, Richard Thurston (Kathleen); nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren; and one nephew.

Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation 3:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
