Pennyroyal Mental Health in Hopkinsville will receive the largest amount totaling $627,200 in state General funds to provide outpatient substance abuse treatment services for parolees. “The original agreement was for $1.2 million,” said Rep. Brent Yonts, D-Greenville, a member of the committee that approved the funding, “but the additional funds are needed to cover current claims submitted and approved that have exceeded funds originally estimated for the contract.”
