Mona Pettus, 42, of Madisonville was arrested on July 11 for Failure of Owner to Maintain Req. Ins/Sec, Forgery, and Non/Improper Use of Temp. Tag When Req., NO or Expired Reg. Plate. The arresting officer was Leslie Gregory.
 
Rebecca Boyd, 20, of Madisonville was arrested on July 11 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Kevin Westby, 38, of Madisonville was arrested on July 11 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Anthony Watson, 44, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Corey Miller.
 
Phillip Nicholson, 49, of Madisonville was arrested on July 11 for Receiving Stolen Property under $500.00. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Tristan McKnight, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Non-payment of Fines, Failure to Appear, and Citation for Misdemeanor. The arresting officers were William Roundtree and Jared Ward.
 
Colleen Frye, 49, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Another Agency (Pulaski County) for Arson. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Bryan Skimehorn, 28, was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Hopkins and Caldwell Counties for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Michael Odom, 52, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Natasha Phelps, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 11 for Probation Violation. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
