BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Wanda Shell, 76, of Bowling Green, Ky passed away July 19, 2013, at The Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Dan Murphy and Tressie Gray Murphy Baker. Wanda attended Plano Chapel Holiness Church.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael Shell and his wife, Marie, of Bowling Green, and David Shell of Cumberland Gap, Tenn.; two daughters, Sandy Towe and her husband, Dudley, of Bowling Green, and Linda Shell of Bowling Green; two sisters, Geneva McCaleb and her husband, Bob, of Crossville, Tenn., and Shirley Black of Powell, Tenn.; three brothers, Danny Murphy of Bowling Green, Harold Murphy and his wife, Ann, of Richardsville, Jerry Murphy of Bowling Green, and Ricky Baker and wife Jennifer of Bowling Green; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dillard Shell; son Darryl Shell; and brother Billy Murphy.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens.
