OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/5/13) - Western Kentucky Botanical Garden staff and volunteers started setting up today for David Roger's Big Bugs Sculpture Exhibition. The exhibit will include 11 sculptures representing nine different bugs.
Susie Tyler, who helps oversee the facility, told SurfKY News this is only the second time Kentucky has hosted this exhibition. According to Tyler, the first exhibition was held in 2008.
"We had about 13,000 people visit then," Tyler said, noting she expects to see a similar sized crowd this fall.
