BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Leanna Livingston Blann, 82, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 2:05 p.m. at Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was born April 7, 1931 in Spencer, Indiana to the late Robert G. and Hilda Johnson Livingston. She is the widow of Robert Lee Blann. She was a retired teacher from the Bowling Green State Vocational Technical College where she taught the Surgical Technology Program. She also worked as a Registered Nurse at Greenview Regional Hospital. She was a member of The First Christian Church. She is preceded in death by her two sisters: Peggy Livingston Dillon and Judy Livingston Thompson.
She is survived by her daughters: Susie Blann Chambliss and her husband Steve of Brentwood, Tennessee and Karen Blann Clark and husband Jim of Nashville, Tennessee; her sons: Scott Blann and his wife Donna and Barry Blann both of Bowling Green; her brother: Robert Livingston of Spencer, Indiana; eight grandchildren: Jordan and Seth Blann, Murphy and Mason Chambliss, Parker and Sara Blann, Ryan and Allison Clark; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Lovers Lane Chapel. Burial will follow in Bowling Green Gardens.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
