opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/27/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Thursday, September 26:

Nathan D. Smith, of the 1300 block of Western Ct, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.

Sergio S. Kelly, of the 4600 block of Town Square Ct, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting $500 or More But Under $10,000, and First Degree Criminal Trespassing.

Eric D. Carroll, of the 600 block of Wing Ave, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. on charges of Trafficking Marijuana (Less Than 8 oz) First Offense, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense, and Second Degree Disorderly Conduct.

Terry W. Pollard, of the 3700 block of Bentree Dr, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) First Offense, and Disregarding a Stop Sign.
