Eddie Lynn, 73 of Providence

 

PROVIDENCE, KY - Eddie Lynn, 73 of Providence passed away on Thursday, Feb. 9 in Madisonville.

He was born on Nov. 25, 1938 in Providence to Wade and Elma Lynn.

Eddie attended Providence High School and enlisted in the US Air Force after graduation. Eddie was a lineman for Bell South until retirement.

He enjoyed collecting model airplanes.

Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Brad and Teresa Lynn of Hanson, a daughter Jill Long of Madisonville, two grandsons, Mason Watson of Madisonville and Aaron Lynn of Hanson, two granddaughters Valerie Lynn of Lexington and Shelbie Long of Providence and a brother Jerry R. Prow of Youngstown, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 13 at 1 PM at Jones & Erdman in Providence with pastor Ralph Alexander officiating. Private interment will be in White Oak Cemetery. Visitation is on Monday from 11 AM to service time at the funeral home.
