Harold (Mickey Mouse) Thompson, 76 of Madisonville

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY - Harold (Mickey Mouse) Thompson, 76 of Madisonville and formerly of Sebree, KY passed away at 5:30 PM Friday May 11, 2012 at his residence.

He was born in Earlington, KY on January 18, 1936 to the Harold “Mickey Mouse” Thompson, 76 of Madisonville, KY and formerly of Sebree, KY late Beckham and Myrtle Alberta (Prince) Thompson.

He was a retired coal miner and enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by; a sister.

He is survived by his wife; Geraldine (Brown) Thompson; Children; Ricky Don Thompson of Dixon, KY, Rox’ Anne Gray of Bowling Green, KY, Harold Kip Thompson of Fayetteville, NC; Grandchildren; Jason Thompson, Katie Gray and Ian Thompson; 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday May 17, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Chaplain Donald Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00 and Thursday 8:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Green River Hospice.
