Beatrice D. Hammack, 91 of Providence, KY

PROVIDENCE, KY - Beatrice D. Hammack, 91 of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, July 07, 2012 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville, KY.

She was a member of Macedonia Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dalton, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Colvin in 1991 and her son Paul in 2002.

She is survived by 1 Son Ken Hammack and his wife Pat of Clay, KY 3 Sisters Mary Riley of Dalton, KY Myrtle Tyson of Madisonville, KY and Izetta Jackson of Dawson Springs, KY., daughter in law Lyla Hammack of Madisonville, KY. 4 Grandchildren James Davis and his wife Tisa, Josh Hammack and his wife Robin, Ryan Hammack and his wife Cameron and Belinda McClain. 6 Great Grandchildren Kennedy Davis, Halle and Lyla Kate Hammack, Addie Grace and Aubree Morgan Hammack and Caitlin Morgan McClain

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 9, 2012, 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home by Rev. John Shoulta and Bro. Jeff McMain. Burial will be in Fraser-Blackwell Cemetery in Clay, KY.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and Monday 8:00 AM til service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice of Webster County.
