Wayne Bazzell, 82

WEBSTER COUNTY, KY - Wayne Bazzell, 82, passed away 12:10 PM Monday September 10, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.

He was born April 24, 1930 in Oakland County, MI to the late Gurnie L. and Pearl (Adams) Bazzell.

He was a retired truck driver in the building materials industry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jackie Bazzell, 2 sisters Virginia Patterson, and Kathleen Watson, a brother Charles Bazzell, and a step granddaughter Alice Hughes.

He is survived 1 daughter: LaGenia and her husband Ronnie Bazzell of Murray, KY; 2 step daughters: Donna Hughes of Calhoun, KY, Tracy Bonilla of Henderson, KY; 1 step-son: Chuck Lee of Indiana; 1 sister Robbie Newsom of Mayfield, KY; 2 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 11 step; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday September 13, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel with Bro. Nicholas R. Clark officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.

Visitation will be5:00 PM-8:00 PM Wednesday September 12, 2012 and 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Thursday September 13, 2012 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association and Relay for Life.
